Moving and Growing

When you are born you move and grow, until the end of your life you continue to grow.
Some animals have skeletons inside their bodies. The shells of crabs and lobsters and the hard outer coverings of insects and spiders are some examples of exoskeletons.
The hard parts inside your body are called bones.

There are 206 bones in the body of an adult human!
